Our company is registered as Strongbox Tech Sdn. Bhd. (1112392-X) as per SSM. We are also known as Tech Strongbox.
The price and specifications displayed on our website may change if there are any add-on services and/or specification changes requested by the client. We have the rights to change the price and/or the specifications and/or the terms of service without any prior notice so long the client have not made payment to us through the payment gateway. In addition, by paying for our service, the client is deemed to have read and agreed to all our terms of services.
We have the rights to determine the channel of communication during development.
The primary channel is e-mail and the secondary channel is messaging app such as WhatsApp, Telegram and WeChat. We may communicate through Zoom and/or Skype whenever necessary.
Targeted project timeline:
We target to complete the web development within fourteen (14) working days from the date of payment by the client, PROVIDED:
The client provide all the content to us within three (3) working days from date of payment.
The client must request for extension of time if unable to meet the targeted deadline in 4.i.a above;
The client response to all our request(s) and/or inquiries within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of our inquiry. Extension of time to response is allowed but must in writing (via email);
The client do not delay in any decision making with regards to the website; and
The client all the content provided are not erroneous and/or incomplete.
If any of the terms above (4.i.a – 4.i.e) is breached, we have the rights to extend the project timeline by another seven (7) working days [1st extension] from the end of the original targeted timeline which is fourteen (14) working days from the date of payment.
If any terms in 4.i (a – e) is breached, a final grace period of five (5) working days [2nd extension] will be given to the client. We have the rights to terminate this project if the client fail to provide us all the content that we have requested and/or refuse to respond to our request(s) during the development period. Refer to Terms of Services 8 below.
If we are unable to meet the deadline, we must inform the client via email at least two (2) working days before the deadline (14 working days from the date of payment). We have the rights to extend the timeline by another fourteen (14) working days.
If the project has exceeded five (5) working days from the 2nd extension of the timeline due to client’s delay, we reserve the rights to charge an hourly rate of RM250.00 per hour to complete the remaining work.
Deliverables and add-on services:
All deliverables are as defined in this package. We have the rights to charge for any additional requirement(s) or expansion of existing specification(s) or service(s) before and during the period of development that is not defined in this package.
Example of additional services such as copywriting, product photo-shooting, translation service, purchase of additional plugin or plugin upgrades to premium version etc.
Adjustment to page design:
This package is design to enable you to have a website at the shortest time possible. We do not allow significant change or alteration on the template structure as seen in hypersonicone.com.
Any adjustments or alteration shall not be more than twice per page. If exceeded this limit, we have the rights to extend the project timeline and charge RM250.00 per hour to complete the affected page. If the adjustment has affected the timeline, refer to terms of services 4 above.
Our package is designed for fast completion. We offer two (2) packages to our clients as below:
Standard: Payment in full 100%
Easy Payment Plan (EPP).Only available for Maybank or Public Bank credit card users. An Easy Payment Plan (EPP) is a repayment scheme that allows you to use your credit payment card to make a transaction and then repay the amount in instalments over the course of months:
EPP-6: Payment in six (6) instalments.
EPP-12: Payment in twelve (12) instalments.
Termination and Refund policy (READ CAREFULLY!)
The client is deemed to have agreed all our terms of service when payment is made. However, we allow termination and refund only if the conditions below are met and we will forfeit 10% of the total project value.
We will refund 90%, if the client request for refund within 24 hours from the time of order (based on the time we receive the email).
We will refund 80%, if the client request for refund after 24 hours but within 48 hours from the time of order (based on the time we receive the email).
We will refund 60%, if the client request for refund after 48 hours but within 72 hours from the time of order (based on the time we receive the email).
No refund after 72 hours from the time of order (based on the time we receive the email) as we have already commenced work on the client’s project. The client understand this is a fast development project, our team will proceed to execute the task the moment an order is received and we have already incurred development costs. Therefore, it is up to our discretion whether to refund any balance to the client.
The client must provide us the order number, contact person name, contact person number, bank name and bank account number via email.
We have the rights to terminate the project if the client breached our terms of service without any refund.
All refund will be process and transfer back to the client’s bank account as provided in the email within fourteen (14) working days from the date of approval of the refund. All assets provided and whatever work done shall be destroyed.
Valid for thirty (30) calendar days only. The warranty will start on the same day the website is Live. The Live date will be determined once the project starts.
Tech support includes investigation on any inquiry raised by the client (must be related to the website) and bug fixing (if any).
The service excludes creation of page(s), adding new function(s) or heavy coding work(s) to alter the website or request to customize the website.
Our working hour: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
We have the rights to respond to any inquiry raised by the client within 48 hours from the time the inquiry is sent to us via email.
We have the rights to void this warranty if the client breach any of the terms in this package.
The domain name shall belong to the client.
The domain name will be purchased from ServerFreak Technologies.
The client must provide up to two (2) domain name suggestions (clearly state which is primary option) so that we can check for availability.
If the primary option is not available but the secondary option is available, we will purchase the secondary name
We will request the client to provide two (2) more name suggestion if both the domain name is not available.
If the client wish to purchase additional domain name, it will be considered a separate service where we will charge a cost price plus RM100.00 set up fee (one-time).
The following access will be provided via email within seven (7) working days from the Live date of the website:
The content management system (CMS).
The domain and server account purchased from ServerFreak Technologies.
Use for the client website as a portfolio or for advertising purposes:
The client hereby grants us the right to use the work for demonstration of past work performed via portfolio or advertising and allowing us to put the following text “Web Design by Tech Strongbox” and including our company link at the footer of the website. In return, we shall give the client one (1) hour worth of free web maintenance credits after the website is completed.
If the client does not permit the above (12.i), the client must inform us via email. As the condition above is not met, the client is not entitled to the one (1) hour worth of free maintenance credit.
Physical documents will only be provided upon request and may be subjected to charges. Otherwise, all documents will be in digital form.
